1. About Our Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Toggl Hire. Toggl Hire is dedicated to helping companies identify, visualize, and match skills, thereby optimizing resource utilization.

These Terms of Use apply to Applicants accessing or using the products, features, websites, apps, services, technologies, and software operated or provided by Toggl Hire Inc. ("Toggl Hire", "we", "us", or "our"). The platform is primarily used for online recruitment of Applicants by companies.

These General Terms of Service (the "Terms") are part of the overall agreement (the "Agreement") between the Parties, and together they govern the Customer's use of Toggl Hire's services. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any negotiated agreement, the latter shall prevail.

These Terms apply to all agreements effective from the date stated above.


2. Account Registration

2.1. You must be at least 21 years old to register for a Toggl Hire account.
2.2. Each phone number can be linked to only one account.
2.3. Do not bind the same wallet to multiple platform accounts; appropriate measures will be taken if violated.
2.4. Keep your account and withdrawal password secure. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access.


3. Platform Usage

3.1. Jobs are assigned randomly by the system. Once assigned, jobs cannot be changed, canceled, or abandoned.
3.2. Improper use of accounts will lead to legal consequences.
3.3. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the platform.
3.4. Additional verification steps, such as identity or address verification, may be required to access certain features.
3.5. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time, with or without cause.
3.6. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and use of the platform.
3.7. Fraudulent behavior, such as creating multiple accounts or manipulating the system for additional job deployments, is strictly prohibited.
3.8. Do not share your account information, including login credentials and redemption codes, with others.
3.9. The platform may restrict or terminate access to services if any term is violated.
3.10. Users agree to receive notifications and messages from the platform, including account and job-related updates.


4. Job Deployment

4.1. All jobs must be fully deployed before initiating withdrawal or account reset.
4.2. Accounts with a balance below $50 cannot deploy jobs. Ensure your balance is at least $50 before starting any job. The minimum withdrawal amount is $100.
4.3. Jobs must be completed within one day of acceptance. If you cannot complete them, contact live support immediately.
4.4. Daily deployment limits may include 0–3 HP Jobs.
4.5. Each HP Job may consist of 1–3 individual jobs.
4.6. All exchange rates are determined by the platform’s financial department and may change every minute.
4.7. Upgrading your Membership Tier rewards one (1) HP Job.


5. Withdrawals

5.1. Withdrawals can only be requested after completing all assigned jobs.
5.2. You can withdraw your earned funds on the platform, subject to certain conditions.
5.3. All jobs must be deployed before withdrawing or resetting your account.
5.4. Ensure your redemption address is properly bound before requesting withdrawal.
5.5. Withdrawals are only allowed when your credit score is 100; otherwise, they will be delayed until the score is sufficient.
5.6. To withdraw, go to the "Withdraw" page, click the withdraw button, input the amount and your secure PIN, and proceed.
5.7. Withdrawals are processed within 20 minutes during platform operating hours.


6. Liability and Disputes

6.1. The platform is not liable for any loss or damage arising from platform use or job deployment.
6.2. Users are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient funds to complete the jobs they accept.
6.3. The platform is not liable for fund loss caused by job incompletion or unauthorized account access.
6.4. The platform reserves the right to investigate and take action against suspected fraud.
6.5. Personal data may be collected and used in accordance with the platform's privacy policy.


7. Modifications and Termination

7.1. The platform reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing them regularly.
7.2. Certain services or features may incur fees. Users will be notified before such fees are charged.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toggl Hire and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors are not liable for:

8.1. Losses not reasonably foreseeable as a result of a breach of these Terms or failure to provide services with reasonable care;
8.2. Losses caused by third parties (including those we may introduce);
8.3. Damage to your property (including data or devices) unless due to our failure to act with reasonable skill and care, and excluding situations where damage could have been avoided by following our advice;

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Toggl Hire is registered.
9.2. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Toggl Hire is registered.
